  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

    Every membership begins with a functional movement screen (FMS) to determine your muscle imbalances and asymmetries so we can create the proper programming for your individual needs.

  • Performance Membership

    Unlimited gym use during business hours with exercise programming via the TrainHeroic App individualized to your needs. This provides small group fitness vibes with a therapist available for questions. The performance membership includes the use of our recovery room and pilates reformers.

  • Performance Plus Membership

    Unlimited gym use during business hours with programming via the TrainHeroic App individualized to your needs. This provides small group fitness vibes with a therapist available for questions. This includes the use of our recovery room and pilates reformer. In addition, a weekly 30-minute 1:1 recovery session is provided by one of our therapists.

Our Performance Membership is for you if:

1)You are intimidated at the gym and don’t know where to start.

2) You want to take your athletic abilities to the next level.

3) You keep getting injured at the gym and need more individualized programming to avoid injury.

The Membership is tailored to your individual needs. It is designed for those who are injury-free or at the end stages of rehabilitation from an injury and are returning to activity. Our new App can be downloaded on your phone and exercises are programmed directly for you.

  • Myofascial Release & Cupping

    Similar to massage, we’ll use varying pressure on stubborn muscles and fascia to get to the bottom of your pain or dysfunction. Cupping will help lift the superficial layer & fascia to bring blood flow to the area and speed healing.

  • Scraping

    Another form of manual therapy that uses a small tool to scrape over soft tissue areas. This efficiently locates the areas of tightness and injury and helps break up and restore normal tissue mobility.

  • Corrective Excercise

    Are you training for a long race? Are you a high school athlete having issues with shin splints? We’ll create a plan unique to you to help you perform at your very best. This may be a combination of corrective exercise with manual therapy techniques to speed recovery and improve function.

  • We’ll help to decrease symptoms almost immediately using a variety of different tools. This will be 100% hands on and may include dry needling, cupping, deep tissue work, and corrective exercise. We’ll watch what you are doing during your specific activity and help you fix it. Start with us before going to your doctor!
