At Breathe in Motion we not only treat you when you are injured, but we want to help you AVOID injury in the first place. Injuries impact our quality of life, no matter how big or small the injury is! It is no fun to be side-lined from your life! This can affect us physically AND mentally. 

Improper movement, poor posture, or pushing your body beyond its limits are often causes of injuries. Physical therapists are experts in teaching you how to move correctly, strengthen areas of weakness, and identify habits that could lead to injury. Improving your movement patterns and strength will help you feel more secure in your body. Becoming more aware of your posture, alignment, and form, you’ll notice less discomfort, more stability, and an overall sense of well-being! Soon you will start to notice enhancement in your physical performance! We want to see you perform at your best while avoiding injuries!
