Ryan’s Story
Ryan is a professional soccer player in the NWSL with the Houston Dash! She came to our team looking for pelvic health support during pregnancy, birth prep, and postpartum return to sport. Work with a team that knows what you need to perform at your highest potential!
Claire’s Story
Claire, an avid traveler and active individual, began experiencing aches and pains that threatened her ability to enjoy her lifestyle. Refusing to ignore her discomfort, she turned to Breathe In Motion for help. After successfully addressing her pain, Claire discovered and tackled other physical limitations she hadn’t realized were holding her back. Motivated by her progress, she joined the wellness program featuring Pilates Prehab, allowing her to focus on prevention and maintain the freedom to pursue her active passions with confidence and support.
