We will work on getting to the CORE with the pilates reformer and techniques to get you back in balance and stronger than ever! Pilates for rehabilitation in a physical therapy setting is the perfect way to keep moving, get strong and see results while the body is recovering. Learn to move efficiently at your own pace, with proper form and breath control. Protect yourself from further injuries while having FUN in your recovery process. Individual sessions and group classes available!

Tuesdays @ 10am
Wednesdays @ 5:15pm
Thursdays @ 12pm and 5:15pm
