Our Doctors of Physical Therapy and Performance Therapists have professional experience in high performance artistic sport and understand what your body needs to get to the next level. We offer a dance-specific group class utilizing Pilates reformers and floor work for strength and conditioning to promote stability in end range positions, improve flexibility, strengthen the core, and improve posture to decrease injury risk and enhance performance. Group class sessions are 45 minutes and open to all dancers!
